National Flooring & Supply, Brentwood, California

National Flooring and Supply started their business in June 1985 under the McCurley Floor Covering name. They were also referred to as the “home of the floorogist”. It is owned and managed by Leonard and Linda. McCurley. The original location was on Oak Street, downtown Brentwood, across from the Brentwood Press building. The business grew, and they moved to Brentwood Blvd., across from Ace Hardware.

Over the years, sisters Paula, Maggie, and Debbie and brother Richard and Leonard and Linda’s sons, Cliff, Paul, and Ben, also worked in the family business. In 2009, Leonard and Linda and family opened up under National Flooring and Supply. They moved in 2017 to the Shops of Fairview on the corner of Balfour and Fairview. In January 2022, they moved to a much larger location that will include the carpet showroom, tile showroom, and warehouse in one building. Cliff McCurley, 3rd generation “floorologist” manages the business. He and his awesome staff appreciate being voted Best of Brentwood.
