New Metro Tile Company is a family-owned business established in 1982. Edward Bermudez (he likes to be called “Eddie B.”), served in the U.S. Army before becoming a licensed tile contractor. After many years as a contractor, Eddie went into tile sales. With over 30 years experience in the tile industry, Eddie owns and operates New Metro Tile Company with the help of his family and highly-trained staff. Joey Bermudez, Eddie’s youngest brother, a tile artist and owner of Ceramic Finishes (a bonded and licensed custom tile contractor — and shower remodeling specialist), is responsible for the design and installation of most, if not all, of New Metro Tile’s unique wood-crafted showroom and tile displays. The showroom houses a large and fabulous array of tiles and tile-related products.

At the center of New Metro Tile’s showroom is an “inner sanctum”, a large room with wonderful light, wooden tables and chairs, in a warm Spanish Revival ambiance. We welcome you to browse, sit at one of our large tables, compare tiles, work out your tile design, or simply ponder our vast selection of tile displays over a cup of coffee. We realize, as one of L.A’s major tile stores, given the huge selection of finishing materials we offer (tile flooring, tile countertops, wall tile, backsplash tile, pool tile, and more) that our showroom and warehouse can be intimidating to new visitors.
