Bay Area Floors - San Mateo, San Mateo, California

In 1991 owner Lori Wyzard opened Bay Area Floors and Design in Redwood City, California. Before stepping into flooring and home improvement, she worked in the fashion industry traveling from San Francisco to Manhattan. After leaving the fashion industry and working as an interior designer, Lori opened a boutique style flooring and home showroom. Her goal was to blend the two industries together to create spaces that were not only functional but fashionable.

By 2014, Bay Area Floors and Design became a Carpet One Floor and Home cooperative. This newfound partnership provided Bay Area Floors with the most competitive prices and innovative floors in the industry. Fast forward to today, Bay Area Floors and Design Carpet One has expanded its showroom to over 20,000 square feet. The showroom features tiles, flooring, furniture, vanities, wallpaper, home décor, and more.
