Migala Carpet One has been locally owned and operated since 1959, when Dewey VanDenBerg entered the flooring industry by purchasing Migala Carpet Center. Three separate locations (Kalamazoo, Portage, Battle Creek) were established by 1975, and in 1985 Migala joined the Carpet One cooperative. Carpet One provided then and still provides now tremendous buying power, access to quality products, extensive warrantees, and superior training standards. As a result, we can sell and install the best flooring options at low prices.

Nowadays, Lori Ruimveld and Vicki VanDenBerg represent Migala’s third generation. We continue to make it our responsibility to provide quality flooring, reliable installation, and tremendous customer service to all of our customers.
