Laitala Tile Company in Rochester, MN, has a tradition of excellent customer service and skilled installation.

It was founded by Hank and Betty Jane Laitala in 1957. In 1964, they welcomed Fred Meurer as an installer. In 1983, Fred bought the business from the Laitala’s and operated it for the next 24 years.

Kris, Fred’s daughter, learned the business from the ground up in sales, merchandising, installation and customer service. She later purchased the business from her father and moved Laitala Tile to the present location in October 2007. This site offers warehouse space, a large sunny showroom, customer parking and easy access.
