Monadnock Flooring has been offering quality sales, service and installation since 1976. Started in 1976 by Tom and Kathy Lilly, Monadnock Flooring is still family-owned and operated today. Second-generation owner, son Matthew Lilly took over the company following the retirement of his parents in early 2011.

Since taking over ownership Matthew has moved the company into its current location at 1024 Route 12 in Westmoreland. In the spring of 2015, Matthew added the Outdoor Living arm to Monadnock Flooring when he introduced a full line of outdoor living products including gas grills, smokers, patio furniture, and outdoor dining sets. Today with its friendly, knowledgeable sales staff and certified in-house installers Monadnock Flooring & Outdoor Living remains the Monadnock Regions leader in flooring sales, service, and installations.
