In 1994, Cato Junge and his family moved down to Columbus to start his own tile business in North Carolina. He founded the company with the intention of building a full-service, high-quality tile, and home finishing business that could serve Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina. His vision has come alive with a superior certified installing team, knowledgeable friendly showroom staff, and a large full-service showroom that provides our valued customers with support from conception to completion.

With over 100 years of combined installing experience, we are here to help you with any project you have. Tile Specialties is a member of the National Tile Contractors Association, and follows the guidelines laid down by the Tile Council of North America to ensure quality installations. We are also a Schluter authorized dealer and have years of experience installing their products.
