Roberts Carpet was founded in 1984 by the Roberts family with roots going back four generations in the Houston community. Every Roberts Carpet & Fine Floors store is located in a building that we own. We have never closed or moved a Roberts Carpet store that was located in a Roberts building. We are here to stay and our commitment to quality that lasts is absolute.

Our ultra large grouted panels (39" X 78") makes choosing the perfect ceramic and porcelain product for your home a snap. Our installation capabilities are comprehensive. Whether a shower wall or kitchen floor, we have the installation expertise to perform at the highest level. Thin set, mud set, cement board, floor, wall or ceiling - we are confident that we can meet our customer’s expectations.

Large format stone tile is one of the more popular choices for both new home and large remodel projects. Slab fabrication is another popular choice. 15 years ago, we at Roberts Carpet bought all of the necessary diamond cutting and polishing equipment for the purpose of establishing a total in house fabrication facility. We found that sub-contracting countertop and other slab fabrication applications led to inconsistent quality and an inability to deliver in an reliable on-time basis - which is one of the hallmarks of almost every Roberts Carpet & Fine Floors Job. One of those original fabricators is still a full-time employee of Roberts Carpet and has been running the fabrication segment of our company since its inception. Our fabrication employees field measure, fabricate, and install every job to ensure quality and accuracy from start to finish.

Countertops aren’t the only products that our fabrication facility produces. Table and other furniture tops, Lazy Susans, and slab showers and tub surrounds are other fabulous applications for our fabrication craftsmen’s talents.
