After over 20 years of flooring installation experience, it was Paul’s dream to open his own floor covering store. The dream was realized in 1989 when Surface and Surroundings began at its current location. Paul’s installing expertise and product knowledge was the key to the early success of the business. In 1991, a new 2800 square foot showroom space was added in order to display more flooring options.
